Concierge User Manual
1. Introduction
Concierge is a powerful mobile interface that integrates with SALTO ProAccess Space (v6.0+) to provide enhanced, remote access control capabilities. It enables real-time door monitoring, remote door actions, group management, lockdown functions, and automation—all from your mobile device.
Note: Concierge is most effective when used with online-enabled (wired or wireless) SALTO doors. Concierge is not a replacement for SALTO ProAccess Space but a remote management extension.
SALTO Requirements:

SALTO ProAccess Space v6.0 or above

SHIP integration module added to SALTO

Server accessible via network

Port 8100 open and forwarded

VPN recommended (not mandatory)
2. Getting Started
2.1 Registration

Open the Concierge app
-
Enter your name, email, and create a password
-
Accept the Terms & Conditions
-
Tap Register
-
Set a PIN for secure quick access
2.2 Authentication
You can log in using:

PIN code
-
Fingerprint (if enabled)
2.3 Site Configuration
To use Concierge, you must:

Activate your license
-
Add at least one site (up to 5 supported)
Steps:

Go to Site Management
-
Tap Add Site
-
Enter: Site Name, Server Address, Port Number, Username & Password (from SHIP settings)

Tap Save
To switch between sites:
Tap the current site name at the top and select a new one from the dropdown.

3.1 Home Screen
The home screen shows real-time site connection status:

4. License Management
4.1 Activating Your License

Go to License Management
-
Enter your license key or scan QR code
-
Tap Activate License
Note: The license is tied to the device’s hardware ID and cannot be moved.
4.2 License Status
🟢 Green – Active
🟡 Yellow – Expiring soon
🔴 Red – Expired or invalid
5. Door Management
5.1 Door Dashboard
Displays real-time status of online doors only.
Access: Door Dashboard → View door statuses (open, alarmed, etc.)
5.2 Door Groups
Door Groups (Zones) show all doors (online or offline).
Steps:

Go to Groups

Tap a group to view doors
-
Tap an online door to open it remotely
If offline or uninitialized, an error message will appear.
6. Security Features
6.1 Lockdown Mode

Go to Lockdown
-
Tap Activate Lockdown
-
To end lockdown: tap End Lockdown, confirm with PIN/fingerprint
During lockdown, all connected doors are secured based on SALTO’s configured policies.
6.2 Audit Logs
Tracks system and user activities.
Steps:

Go to Audit
-
View all events or filter by date
-
Tap Today Events for a daily summary
7. Automation
Automate relay-based actions like turning on lights, HVAC, alarms, etc.
Steps:

Go to Automation
-
Choose an output
-
Set relay time or choose Permanent Activation
-
Confirm action
Requires outputs pre-configured in SALTO ProAccess Space - let us know if you need support in this.
8. Maintenance
8.1 System Logs & Diagnostics

Go to Maintenance
-
Tap Run Test
If successful, SHIP version, server time, and language are displayed.
If failed, a relevant error message will be shown.
System Log Export:

Tap ✅ icon
-
Select logs
-
Tap the send icon to email logs using your device's messaging apps
Logs cannot be edited or deleted.
9. Troubleshooting
Common Issues:
License Validation Fails

Check internet connection

Cannot Connect to Site

Ensure credentials are correct

Confirm SALTO SHIP is configured
